Our Journey
Catalysise began with the realisation that change starts with people.
The toughest challenge Rakesh faced with large teams was to get people excited about change, because trying to push people towards change only gave birth to resistance and discord. He energised large crowds of people by effectively understanding their needs and pain points, enabling him to lead transformation by nurturing the need for change instead of forcing it.
However, just providing solutions wasn’t enough. Without proper implementation even the best of strategies fell short, and Rakesh’s first client raised this exact dilemma. He said, “A lot of consultants have come and gone, but none helped us sustain what they had introduced in the organisation.”
This is where the idea of a Consulting Plus was born, to not only enable transformation but also to sustain it for the long run. After diagnosing the problems and outlining the steps for transformation, his clients said only one thing; “Let’s Catalysise.”
